Facial Aesthetic Nurse
Ms Karen Addison, DIP/HE Bachelor of Nursing
Karen qualified from Glasgow Caledonian University in September 2006. She has since been employed by Greater Glasgow & Clyde Health Board as a Registered Nurse working mainly within the acute medical areas of Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
She has now had more than three years experience working within the aesthetics industry having successfully completed the Cosmetics Courses training programme based in The Paddocks Hospital in London. It was here she trained in facial aesthetics using Botox/Vistabel and Dermal Fillers using Restylane. She has also been trained in chemical skin peels using the Jan Marini skin care product range.
Karen is a member of the Royal College of Nursing Union and is a regular attender of organised events/forums for nurses in aesthetic medicine giving her the chance to attend the latest training programmes for new product ranges.
