Referrals

We can take referrals by telephone, fax and e mail.  If you wish to discuss your referral with one of our dentists, please let us know a convenient time for us to call you.  New patients will be seen within two weeks of referral.  Patients who are in pain or have any other acute problems can usually be seen on the same day. 

We also take referrals for digital OPT’s and CT scans.

Online Patient Referral

You may refer patients to our centre by completing our Online Referral Form. You can also download our PDF referral form. After you have completed the form, please post or fax it to us. The security of your patients’ personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
